Setup
We set up the Multidipity Micro-engine with you to target searches specifically for your target audience.
Search areas are:
- Industry sector (to assign the microsite owner to the end users main search area)
- Categories (categories within an industry sector)
- Keywords (more specific key words, prompted by the selection of an industry sector and category)
Location searches are also bespoken Multidipity is designed for a globally local approach to searching. For some sectors, location searches could be broad (near a motorway), to specific (a village in an area); locations could be known in the region (the M62 corridor, for example), but mean very little to users outside the target area. We will work with you to tailor location searches, which may be applied on multiple levels by the microsite owner. Postcodes, counties, local authorities and major cities and towns are already preset.
You, as the license holder, may set up multiple Administrators to create the microsite owner accounts.
The process
Your Admin sign in gives you visibility of your own managers (top left) and of the companies contracted to you as microsite owners.
Managers add new companies to the system. Every company should be assigned to an industry (these are specified by you to reflect your client and community base). The industry has categories and keywords assigned, so that the company/business is offered only keywords relevant to their activity.
After setting adding the company and assigning its industry, category and keywords, you create the client manager. The client manager may, in turn, add managers to their own account. The manager you create will be sent the Sign In username and password for their account by email. This is a one click process which happens when the manager is activated (the blue slide switch).
This is the manager creation screen. Multidipity carries no financial information: payment and invoicing will be in accordance with your own systems.
